Operators and engineers in one team
Most companies we meet have two gaps. Nobody owns day-to-day operations, and nobody has time to fix the delivery platform. We close both: our engineers run your environment around the clock and improve how it is built and shipped.
Because the same people do both, what we learn from an incident goes straight into the automation that prevents the next one.
Our engineers work in a different time zone from most of our clients, which gives our global clientele follow-the-sun coverage: the hours when they are asleep are our working day, and there is always someone awake who knows their systems.
