Platform Engineering & DevOps
infraOk Platform Engineering & DevOps builds the paths your engineers use to ship: CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code with Terraform or OpenTofu, GitOps deployment to Kubernetes, and templates that let a team start a new service without a ticket queue.

Sound familiar?
“A deploy takes one person, a checklist and a free afternoon.”
“Terraform state lives on someone's laptop, or there is no Terraform at all.”
“Staging drifted from production so long ago that nobody trusts a test run there.”
“Every new service starts with a two-week debate about how to deploy it.”
What we take on
| CI/CD | GitHub Actions, GitLab CI or Jenkins pipelines that build, test and scan every change and stay quick as the codebase grows. |
|---|---|
| Infrastructure as code | Terraform or OpenTofu modules for networks, clusters and databases, with remote state, locking and review. |
| GitOps delivery | Argo CD or Flux keeping clusters in step with Git, with progressive rollouts through Argo Rollouts where they help. |
| Environments | Preview environments for pull requests and a staging setup close enough to production to be worth testing in. |
| Self-service | Templates for new services and, once the team is big enough to need one, a Backstage developer portal. |
| Delivery metrics | Deploy markers, DORA metrics and alerts that point to the change that broke something. |
What you get
- Pipelines and Terraform code in your repositories, owned by your team from the first commit
- A deployment guide your newest engineer can follow on day one
- Service templates for your main languages and frameworks
- DORA metrics you can watch month to month
How we work
- Week 0–1
Assess
Architecture, security, reliability and spend review, delivered as a prioritized report.
- Week 1–2
Plan
Scope, SLAs, runbooks and success metrics agreed in writing before anything changes.
- Week 2–4
Build & onboard
Tooling, access and infrastructure as code in place, then a supervised handover to operations.
- Ongoing
Operate & optimize
24×7 operations, monthly service reviews and continuous cost and performance tuning.

What we don't do
- Building your product's features or writing its tests. We make sure the pipeline runs your tests quickly and reliably.
- Choosing your programming languages or frameworks. We support what your team already uses.

Questions, answered
Do we keep ownership of our cloud accounts and code?
Yes. With infraOk, your cloud accounts, infrastructure-as-code repositories and documentation always stay in your name. There is no lock-in, and we provide a full handover if you leave.
Does infraOk use Terraform or OpenTofu?
Either. infraOk writes code for the one your team prefers and can help you move from Terraform to OpenTofu if licensing is a concern.
Does every team need an internal developer portal?
No. infraOk recommends a portal such as Backstage once you have enough services and teams that finding things becomes a problem. Before that, good templates and documentation do the job.
Can infraOk work with our existing pipelines?
Yes. infraOk starts from what you already run, improves it step by step, and only replaces tooling when there is a clear reliability, security or cost reason.
