Who we are
infraOk (“we,” “us”) provides managed cloud and DevOps services. This policy explains how we handle information collected through infraok.com.
What we collect
- Messages you send us. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in the message.
- Booking details. If you book a consultation, our scheduling provider collects the details you enter, such as your name, email and company, and shares them with us.
- Aggregate analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which measures page views without cookies and without building profiles of individual visitors.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site.
How we use it
We use this information to reply to you, prepare for and hold consultations, operate and secure the site, and understand which pages are useful.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with the service providers named above, who process it on our behalf, or when required by law.
Retention
We keep correspondence and booking details for as long as needed to respond to you and for our business records, then delete them.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@infraok.com. Residents of California and Canada have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA and PIPEDA, which we honor.
Changes
We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the effective date.
